Daniel is the Executive Chairman of Pacific Trust Consult and chairs the Board of Lynch Capital, G4S Security Company and Amaris Container Terminal Limited. He is also Vice Chairman of Jospong Group Companies Board and Vice Chairman of the International Presbytery of Fountain Gate Chapel Worldwide. 

A motivational speaker on a wide range of topics including leadership, entrepreneurship, business strategy and change management Daniel brings to the AI Energy Group a breadth of prudent financial management, charisma, and astute business acumen to propel it to the next heights.

Career Summary

Daniel holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance Option), a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Management both from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree course in Development Finance at the University of Ghana. Daniel has attended many courses both locally and internationally including Executive Management courses at Harvard Business School, Columbia University, The Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania), Stanford Graduate Business School, Kellogg School of Management, INSEAD, London Business School and Euromoney.  

Daniel is the immediate past Managing Director of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) and is credited with turning the bank around, making it profitable with healthy balance sheet growth within a very short period. Furthermore, he was the former Managing Director/CEO of Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited and under his able leadership, the Bank won several accolades including being adjudged the 6th most prestigious organization in the Ghana Club 100 and leader in the Commercial Banks Sector Ranking for the year 2014, Bank of the Year Ghana, 2015 by the world acclaimed magazine The Banker two years in a row, Best Banking Group, 2015 by the World Finance.

 A Chartered Accountant by profession with over twenty-five (25) years working experience as a professional writer, he has extensive expertise in auditing, business consulting, general banking, financial management, and investment. His working experience ranges from Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Zenith Bank Plc, Volta River Authority (VRA), Standard Trust Bank Ghana Ltd (now UBA Gh. Ltd), Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited and Agricultural Development Bank.
